The book Slim by Design demonstrates how to easily alter your surroundings to encourage weight loss. This is going to be a fantastic read, I'm sure of it. I'm now placing my order. I would also suggest reading his book Mindless Eating since I enjoyed reading and learning from both his research and writing.

Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual
